Stephanie's been to the nurse's office every day this week. Just minor cuts or scrapes from the playground. I did warn the nurse she would be seeing Steffi often but even I didn't realize it would be every day.
Here's hoping she outgrows this clumsy phases. (Please let it just be a phase!)
Probably doesn't help that her sister slammed the bedroom door in her face the other night either. Luckily, there was no swelling or bruising from that - just a whole lot of hurt feelings and needing some cuddle-time with Mom.

4-year-old check-up
We went to the doctor today for Steffi's 4-year-old well-child check-up.
She is right at the 100 percentile for both height and weight so she is proportional. Which is good to know - I was kind of worried since she weighs as much as her big sister and is at least 6 inches shorter. And she's always been the heftiest of the kids. But the doctor said no worries and he's sure she'll hit her growth spurt soon too.
Anyway, she weighs 48 pounds and is 42.5 inches tall.
As a comparison, Hayden was 41 pounds and 43 inches tall at 4 years old.
